An all inclusive, Glamping Yoga Retreat which combines (non-riding) equine activities -- In the mountains of Western North Carolina at Nurture + Nature Retreat Center, Franklin NC.

Long-time Yoga Teacher and author of Yoga for Riders, Cathy Woods leads you thorough a rich weekend retreat experience to nourish your body, mind and spirit!  Leave, refreshed, renewed, empowered and with new yoga and life enrichment-skills!

Starting at $500.00 for the entire weekend!  Space is limited to 8-participants and will fill quickly so reserve soon!

Program Description:  This small intimate, non-horse riding-based retreat is an opportunity to re-charge and re-connect with Yourself and nature through yoga, workshops and equine activities, all while being nurtured at an intimate Glamping camp in the mountains of Western NC

Time is spent in…  * Morning meditation and gentle,  yoga classes suitable for everyone! Each session concludes with a restful, guided relaxation  * Mini, life-enrichment workshops  * Spend peaceful, healing time with equine friends through simple ground experiences from Cathy's book, Yoga for Riders such as: Breathing with horses, energy exercises and a mindful equine grooming session.

Sample Itinerary: (Subject to change)

Fri. June 2:  Check in 3:00 4:00 program begins with meet and greet, gentle yoga and orientation

Sat. June 3: Morning: Meditation, Yoga and mini-workshop  Afternoon: Non riding, equine activities.   Late afternoon: Meaningful, craft activity

Sun. May. 22: Morning: Meditation, Yoga, mini-workshop and closing of the program.  Check out 11:00 am.

    This reservation includes all meals, beverages, workshops and a shared glamping tent with a friend. Guests pay individually. Each guest has their own cozy bed in a shared glamping tent for two people.
