Our Story
It is so important to have a safe space and dedicated time for disconnecting from the daily grind. Nurture + Nature provides our guests with opportunities to recharge their body, mind, and soul with positive energy and reconnect with themselves and nature.
The retreat center is located on a small farm in the beautiful mountains in Western North Carolina, where you will be greeted by horses, chickens and Buddy the mini Donkey, everyone's fav! We are surrounded by picturesque views and fresh mountain streams. Accommodations include fully furnished tents with one, two or four beds per tent (the entire retreat center sleeps up to 10 people), we provide electric blankets to keep you toasty on chilly nights and fans to keep your tents breezy, large indoor workshop space, rejuvenating warm outdoor showers and plenty of private spaces to nurture in nature.
*We clean and disinfect our accommodations and gear after every guest departure. We maintain very high standards of cleanliness and guest safety.

CUSTOM RETREAT
As part of our booking services, we work directly with you to custom design a retreat for your group that is both meaningful and fun. Our site rental starts at $900/night, which includes five tent cabins (each tent can accommodate 2-4 people), private outdoor bath house, indoor workshop/lounge area, hiking trails, morning coffee, afternoon tea and nightly bonfire.
We offer a wide variety of workshops and activities to make your getaway even more enjoyable.

WORKSHOPS
Custom Designed Classes and Experiences
OUTDOOR YOGA
Customized private and group outdoor yoga classes starting at $150
Awaken and align your body with a rejuvenating yoga session. Will focus on strength and flexibility, and you’ll leave feeling relaxed and balanced. Taught by Jennifer McIntee, owner and teacher at Beyond Bending Yoga Studio.
Jennifer is trained through YogaFit Worldwide with her E-RYT 500. This designation is for teachers who have received 500 hours of training and have then gone on to teach for at least 1000 hours. Jennifer specializes in Ayurvedic lifestyle coaching, restorative yoga, therapeutic yoga and yoga for Cancer-care.
All equipment is provided.
